Augustine Chemparathy

Augustine is a rising second-year medical student at Stanford. Augustine also received his Bachelor's degree from Stanford, where he studied Bioengineering and CS, as well as a Master's in Management Science and Engineering. In the Greicius lab, he is excited to use Long Read Sequencing to look for single nucleotide polymorphisms and structural variants implicated in neurodegenerative diseases.
