Clinical Research Coordinator

Kennedy Williams

Kennedy received a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders with honors from Northwestern University in 2023. As an undergraduate researcher with the Auditory Research Lab led by Sumitrajit Dhar, Ph.D., she completed a thesis that optimized the protocol for recording otoacoustic emissions (sounds generated by the inner ear that can be analyzed to detect hearing loss) that more accurately accounts for the nonuniformity of the cochlea. Her interest in using mathematical modeling to improve the detection of neural pathologies led her to the Greicius Lab as an intern in 2022 and as a Clinical Research Coordinator during the following year. Kennedy is currently applying to medical school.
